We absolutely LOVE the Canton Chinese Buffet, their food and hospitality! We've never been treated so well...and we love their food and their temperatures are hot and their buffet is clean and they keep the restaurant clean! Nice....nice....owners too!

During our stay at Vancouver RV we were looking for a place to eat close by. The Canton Chinese Buffet is across the street, price was good the ffood is outstanding, they keep everything hot fresh and stocked unlike others. King crab, BBQ pork ends, oysters on the half she'll, fried shrimp, and everything in between this is one to check out when your in the Vancouver area, we will definitely be back.

Have been going here since they opened. Great food! Always consistent and good value for your money.

Oh my GOD people! Don't you morons know there 's a freaking SEASON for crab??? Do you honestly think the crab legs will be full and to your 100% expectations all year long? Well they WON'T! During the off season, crab legs will be puny and very empty so GET OVER YOURSELVES! Also...if you need a clean napkin in such a big damn hurry, put some paper ones in your damn pocket before you leave the house. This is an excellent restaurant for the cuisine and the price. A little dingy maybe but excellent food but for the OUT OF SEASON crab legs. Get a grip and get out of line if you don't like it so I can move up in line!

Here is what sucks about the restaurant:

*1 napkin, then you have to run around and ask for more.

* Crabs are 7+ days old + rewarmed i don't know how much times!!!

*People working their always seem tired and depressed, seriously....

*They don't understand English, i mean they do but simple stuff like "where is the bathroom". Once i asked them: is your water filtered, she said "what"? I repeated my self 3 times she said "i don't know what that is" and left.

* They whip of tables and then use the same rag to "wash" the dishes and cups. Gross!!! Although the owner dries a Lexus...not for long...if he keeps on running the business how he is, he's going to loose customers! Also, if you like your plates to pill up, this is the place to come!

My wife and I have been going there for years. We have noticed the quality degregaded over time. As of late we have been going primarily for the crab at the buffet. Much to our shagrin, the crab is obviously re-cycled and we don't care for 'green' crab!!!



Haivng said that, the food which is normally fresh, tasty, and enjoyable has been anything but...stringy, cooked, and re-cooked crab is disheartening at best. They charge a fair price, and our expectations are also fair. The food there lately has been major let down.



Additionaly.....would it kill anyone to provide a clean napkin????? You get one at start of your meal then nada. Try prying open the micro crab legs that are filled with more water than flavor without getting your hands dirty.



My God people wtf....

We were pleasantly surprised with the food. We have our favorite and are always afraid to try new Chinese food restaurants for fear of being disappointed. However, the food was fresh, tasty and a refreshing change from all the other mediocre Chinese food nearby.

The food is always fresh because this is a busy place to eat! The wait is never long, if you have one at all, but it is worth the wait. Very good food, good prices and it's clean... we have friends come from the McMinnville area just to have lunch at this buffet!

My husband and I stopped in for dinner and were very pleased with the wonderful selection and quality of the food. We will definately go back and take family members with us.

I have been eating here for a couple of years, the food is allways great, and most of the time the service is excelent. But it is the food that allways brings me back!

The people that work there are very nice. They are always on the top of everything. They make sure you have everything that you need with your meal. I will keep on going there.
