exactly 8 days after paying for a broken fridge. I returned it in the same shape I got it. I called over to John who was surprised to see me. I asked him for my money. He started looking over his fridge and saying how there were dents and we had to "work something out since I had so much fun with you." I immediately told him that was how the fridge was delivered to me and he started yelling that I was loud and he rather deal with my husband because I was upsetting him. I didn't even raise my voice. All recorded and he then said "I thought you were suing me?" I said I will if I have to. I just want my $450 back. He can keep the old appliances and I will eat the lost food and uhaul costs. I just want to be done. He started yelling saying to sue him and walked to the back. What a joke. I already filed with Washington Attorney General and will file if they choose to ignore it. I have all the proof I need to prove they not only violated State Warranty Law but Federal Law. BUYER BEWARE!

These guys are worse than crooks. Stay away!! I bought a washer, dryer, and fridge all good looking appliances at great prices. I was told they all worked like new. They missed the delivery appointment the fist day and then came 4 hours late the second. I had several calls in and they told me they were minutes away each time. Flat out lies that left me sitting on my porch all day. They switched dryers on me and delivered 3 broken appliances. I checked my call logs after trying to work with them for a month. I had over 50 calls in and 3 personal visits (each getting more irate). I finally decided for my own health to walk away and never go back. Please do yourself a favor and don't buy anything from these guys. They lie, don't return calls, don't show up for deliveries, don't show up for repairs, and don't care. They'll say the right things but never do what they say.

Very good customer service. I needed a dryer belt over the weekend and couldn't find any place that carries them. Orchards Appliance gave me a used one for no charge!

Theres a reason they only give 30 day in store warranty. You will be lucky if your stuff you buy lasts that long. After days of refrigerator not being cooled they finally had to replace it with a cheaper one. After replacing the loud unbalanced washing machine with another one it was even worse and now doesnt wash at all. No return of my calls and call back after stopping there in person. No refund. Only reason I gave one star is delivery guy john was nice and tried to help me but actuallu made washer situation worse and then he didnt call me back either. Just dont bother with them.

The service and knowledge they had was great it. even saved me some money ithought my washer was broke beyond repair but after talking with the owner of this company i was able to fix it mysself . thanks guys you will get all my business,in the future

I bought a washer/ dryer set that" works great" but washer doesn't work and has mold all on the inside...good luck getting any truth from this company... considering I've been lied to twice so far... they said they'd clean it " like new" when I got home it wasnt Clean and I spent 4 hours cleaning it to find out it doesn't work!

NO STARS REALLY!!! THIEVES! I bought a washer for 175cash.....got it home and it leaked everywhere not to mention how loud it is! I called them one guy told me i could get my money back on the phone, but the guy to help me is not there...waited all day got mad went there with the washer and funny they were all there! The guy I bought it from went and got the owner who immediately came out yelling at me, all I was doing was trying to tell him what happened! SAVE YOUR MONEY!!!!

The customer service both on the phone and in person was great. Even the delivary people were helpful and very polite. I will definatly used their services in the future.
