      excellent water ,very polite and good service

      I love the water. The delivery truck comes clear out here to Brush Prairie to bring my few bottles a month Water and Air Works is a very reasonable company to purchase from . I have been a customer since May 2006 and always have been happy with the service . The deliverypeople and the people answering the phones are very polite and helpful. Thanks Water and Air Works. your customer always' "a happy camper" in Brush Prairie

      Bad Client Relations

      Spoke with a woman on the phone and she actually said to 'go somewhere else' because our needs weren't enough to fit their policy. You'd think that a business might want their representatives to be a little flexible, or at least discuss if we were willing to pay a little extra for the delivery--which we would have been. Her response is enough to warn me away from the company and make me glad that I didn't do business with them; it's unfortunate that they talk to potential clients that way.
