My husband and I were looking for a 2023 rental. I had sent inquiries to many realtors. Very quickly Meredith from American realty was the only one who responded with three that were available. That same day we met at the office and luckily the unit we wanted was open for us to view. Meredith took us right away to see it. We liked it and went back to the office to sign papers. Meredith was very professional and we thank her for quick handling of our rental.

We discussed with American Realty, a property we were thinking about doing a seasonal rental on. Let's just say, when we arrived the property was nothing like they represented it to be on the telephone. Buyer Beware. If you want honesty in your dealings, look elsewhere.

This company is the most unprofessional company I have ever worked with. The company repeatedly violated the terms of the lease and they refused to let the police into my home when I had items stolen from my home. I live in another state so I depended on them to act in my behalf. Unprofessional doesn't look out for the landlord. Terrible Terrible Terrible. If you know what's good for use do not use this company
