      Owned and Operated by Women” has become our trademark and makes us want to succeed all the more. As women in business, times have been harder in some areas and easier in others. Most women plan and oversee their moves, so we are able to relate to their needs. Our employees are well-trained and very courteous. Most of the employees have been in this business for more than 17 years. All moves are treated the same whether it is one piece of furniture or the whole household.
      Business History
      Mother and daughter team Joyce Foster and Susan Foster-Teinert purchased Crossroads Movers, Inc. on May 1, 1996. They purchased a company that has been in business since 1985. The business is operated daily by Joyce and Susan. Since purchasing the company, Joyce has updated the equipment as well as the location. Housed at 504 E. Crestwood, the location is centrally located for customers to drop by and plan their moves in person. They can also pick up their packing supplies or leave items to be wrapped for shipment.
