Ate lunch today and had the best experience thus far. Service was excellent

The food at Tokyo Grill is usually pretty good but the service and attitude of the waitstaff is consistently HORRIBLE. Be prepared to spend a lot of time trying to get the attention of your wait person who is ignoring you. This has happened to us on multiple occasions.

The waitstaff act like they don't care about their job and don't want to be there. Don't bother inconveniencing them with a request to fill your glass or let them know the food is not what you ordered.

I have been a faithful customer since Tokyo opened . We eat there several times a week till today . The cook was VERY rude and disrespectful ! He burnt our food and had the nerve to tell us that he knew what he was doing and everyone loved his food and demanded that we pay for our ticket or they would call the cops ! I told him i'm sorry but you can't expect me to pay for food that is not eatable and to go ahead and call the cops ! From the minute we sat down you could tell the cook had attitude . After awhile the manager just told me to leave and he would take care of it this time very rude ummmm no sir there won't be a next time ! They are very expensive and I'm not saying that I want someone to bow down to me but we eat there enough to know what to expect and I just want my food cooked right . When you sit in the hybotchi grill area the cook is suppose to put on a show for you and the cook didn't even do that ! That was the whole reason I took my granddaughter . The cook also ran out of the sauce to put on my chicken and tried to serve it to me with something else cause he was to lazy to go refill his bottle . When I told him that's not what I wanted he got mad went to refill his bottle and poored half the the bottle on my chicken and slamed it on my plate ! They will never get our business again !

If you like burned food and bad service this is the place for you . I will never go back ! They even had the nerve to demand me to pay . The workers were even arguing in front of my family BAD BUSINESS

Best SUSHI we have ever had Tempura. Calamari was A+ We went every weekend until returning home Our server was very helpful Nice atmosphere WOULD GO AGAIN ANYTIME

My grandchildren, ages 16,10, 6 and 4, ask to please go to "that place with the volcano". The older granddaughter has gone to Tokyo Grill with her friends. The steaks are delicious and the sushi is, also. Our children as well as the grandchildren thoroughly enjoy the entertainment at the grill during the preparation of their food. Last visit, we were pressed for time. The waitress made our chef aware of our next commitment and we were finished in time and thoroughly entertained! The prices at lunch time are more reasonable than early evening especially for families. Remember to tip the chef for his cooking abilities and his antics We have had 4 different chefs and they are all comedians!! Nannie Colleen
