17 June 2009, 6:15pm customer service at the front desk was rude. The elderly lady showed no form of professionalism or quality service. I surely made my experience known to FEDEX customer service.

I stopped in to Fedexkinko's after trying to get a job done at officemax for 2 days. i felt so angry at officemax for having my order for 2 days and not completing it right. The Employees at this center are so helpful and understanding. They took my job and had it ready in 1 day. not only was the job perfect but they also delivered the order to me. i will always use fedexkinkos from now on.It's a small store but pack a big punch. They are Great. Also the phone number on here is wrong..thats there fax. there store number is 757-486-2371
