0We've used their services on two occasions and they did a great job. They picked up our pets from the vet's office after the traumatic experience of putting them down and were very compassionate and attentive. Even though the second experience occurred during the covid 19 pandemic and the protocol was understanibly less personal. They called us when the remains were ready, brought them outside when I arrived and waited for me to collect them before going back inside. My wife and I were pleasantly surprised with quality and details of box containing the remains. We highly recommend them.
The owners wife is very rude and only worries about the money.
From the phone call, the pickup of my pet and delivery of my pets remains - I loved their service.
