Carol and her staff are fabulous. My daughter and I went to London and booked our trip through Carol. At 4 am on the morning we were to return, I received a text message from Carol. USAirways had cancelled our flight home. Not to worry. Carol had been on the phone for hours to make sure we got to leave that same morning. She got us rebooked on British Airways. We even got upgraded. If it hadn't been for Carol we might have been stuck in London for days (USAirways wanted to rebook us on a flight leaving 4 days later). Instead of having to worry and fight with the airline, Carol took care of everything before I even knew the flight was cancelled. Now that's service!

I have to say that I was worried about using a travel agent because I am a control freak. I was so busy and I knew I needed someone I could count on. I emailed Carol and had a million questions. She took care of everything. Mind you this was not just a vacation to Jamaica it was my wedding/honeymoon/vacation to Couples Resort. I was t...hrilled at all she was able to do for me which was really everything. Not only for me but my whole family and my now husbands family. We got all the information we needed and everything was GREAT! As they say in Jamaica No problem Mon. Thanks Carol, Thanks Travel Leaders. I will be going to you for all of my future travels.
