Lickety Split Balloons is owned and operated by Janet Wright, CBA Certified Balloon Artist Since 1991. Janet earned her CBA in 1994. We are members of the Qualatex Balloon Network and proud members of BESA Bar/Bat Mitzvah Event Services Association of San Diego) Janet is not only a qualified BESA member but also their membership chair and Expo Producer.Our team takes pride in our ability to turn your event from Simple to Spectacular.
