Hate to dogpile onto this company but I too am very unhappy w/ their service. The office and field don't seem to communicate very well or at all from my perspective. If you're going to say that you're picking up trash, pick it up on the day provided.

Evergreen Disposal doesn't even deserve one star, but I can't leave ZERO stars. Worst company ever. Terrible customer service, and NO one held accountable for providing the service you are paying for. I moved and transferred my service to my new location. For two months I had to call every week to let them know that they skipped my house for pickup. Always told they would contact the field supervisor and someone would be out within 24 hours to pick up my trash. That rarely happened and often times took a second call to get my already late trash, picked up. I called every week to beg for the service I was paying for, but not getting. In my email from their website, my response was "I will send another message out to have the trash picked up, unfortunately that's all I can do." So basically the people that work for the company have NO accountability, and the company doesn't care. After two months of the worst customer service experience ever, I have cancelled my service, told them to come pick up my trash that's been sitting at the curb for a week, get their can and refund my money from my most recent $85 payment. Their response, "someone will get your can next week and I will have to send your refund request to management. We don't usually prorate for a cancellation of service and we usually charge $20 to recondition the cans after cancellation. So now I'm waiting for something from management. The cancellation of service is because they weren't providing the service they were charging me for. BEWARE of this company. WORST. EVER.

Worst service I've ever received. 4 missed pickups n 2 months. When contacted they said someone would come get it and they never showed up twice. When i canceled service i asked for additional refunds for missed services and they agreed on the phone but never honored the promise.. they don't deserve to be in business in my humble opinion. I would recommend other options before choosing them. I decided to make my own dump trips because of their incompetence.

I would give this business a 0 star review if I could. Just absolute business malpractice and negligence. My trash has been late for two weeks and currently sits in front of my house (5 days late).

I agree with all of the other reviewers on here. Had these folks when I lived in St. Mary's County and they were great, but then I moved to Calvert and they've been horrible. They missed my recycling pickup three times running over a six week period. The first time they missed it I thought maybe I had the wrong week so I called to verify and they told me I had the right week, but the next time they missed me they contradicted what they'd told me and said it was the alternate week. Then had the nerve to claim that it was my fault that my recycling wasn't out on the week that they told me it WASN'T being picked up. Outrageous. And now they're insisting that I'm under contract with them for the next six months, and somehow the fact that they're failing to do the job they were hired for doesn't void the contract. These folks are the lowest price in town, but it's so true that you get what you pay for. Lousy service and completely unprofessional. Stay far away!!

This is the worst company I have ever dealt with! They missed my trash 3 weeks in a row. I had to take two trips to the dump in addition to paying Evergreen. I called to get a credit considering I haven't had trash pick up and their financial supervisor told me that they don't give credits. After all is said and done my trash has blown across the street and I will have to make another run to the dump. Five phone calls later I switched to Bay area disposal.

Avoid, avoid, avoid. We used All-American Refuse Service, but then received a letter stating we were being switched to this company. The first pickup was supposed to be 1.5 weeks ago on Friday. Nobody came. I called on Monday, and someone did come that day. Then there was no pickup again this past Friday. I've now called three days in a row, and they keep telling me it will be picked up. It hasn't. They are failing miserably.

This company is not a professional trash service. Since I have had them I've had to call& let them know they missed me. Then they guarantee it will be picked up within 24 hours but it never is. Trash just sit on the curb. If I could I break them a big fat zero.

I have had to call several times to have our trash picked up because they forgot to pick it up. Due to an illness in our family we have not put our trash out for 2 weeks. Today a neighbor saw the truck stop at out house but did not pick up the trash. What's wrong with this company? When you call they tell you the truck is still out and just wait. Maybe I need to look for a new company.

The Customer Service Supervisor was one of the rudeness people I have ever had to deal with. I would never recommend this company.

They are very good always pickup trash. They let us know our days are different when they switched days.

I have been with this business for over three years now without too many issues. Maybe trashed missed a few days, but always with it being corrected soon after. For the past month they have missed one day of my two day service for trash pick up. I have been back and forth trying to get the issue resolved and still after a month, nothing but unfulfilled promises of returned phone calls, picking up trash bins, and crediting our account. After being with them for so long, this is not the way to treat your customers.

Just making a follow up call with Evergreen Disposal Services and I find it very hard to believe this company has been operating for 8 years. As a customer for 2 years and after June 2016 we will no longer be using this service. If you do business with a company and they cannot hear your concerns, but expects the customer to chase them down with calls and emails when they fall short of their promise, then it is time to find another company that appreciates your business. Since I have been a resident in Waldorf, MD. the company Evergreen has not regularly picked up our waste. Tuesday and Fridays are the scheduled pickup times and they are not consistent. Last winter we barely received our contracted pick up and we continued our service. In January 2016, we paid our bill and the service was hit or miss. This is April 29th and they finally picked up our trash.

I have had service with this company sense March 11 2016 and have yet had a trash truck pick up my trash I have called and called every time they have missed. explain what is going on they always say someone will call you back no one never calls back so 1 month as of today I have had my trash picked up by a man in a white pick up and evergreens box truck.so this morning I call again told them the trash was not picked up on Friday that they can pick up my trash can and refund my money their respond I have made note of this and will have someone call you as soon as posiable hello I didn't make you wait on your money so I don't expect to wait on mine so please refund my money so I can get a new trash service.so my review is don't waste your time and money on this company .

Absolute worst service I have ever (not) received. I payed a month ago, was supposed to receive services 3 weeks ago and have yet to. Called into the office at least 10 times and was told every time that they would be out by the close of business tomorrow. Finally fed up I called today to cancel my non existent service and receive a refund and was told repeatedly that it was only in their system that I had called once and that the driver marked our can as not out, despite the fact that we have not even brought our cans in for 3 weeks because we kept being promised service. Basically made like it was my fault they're not doing their job. Save your time and money, these people are an absolute joke.

I almost never rate any companies from the ones I have received services.. But for this one I feel I need it to write one. I hired this company to service me for the disposal of my residential trash collection! Worse decision I ever made! I went because the price was decent, but now I see why. I have had not gotten my trash picked up for the past two wks! I called them and they were rude and nasty on the phone! Making it seen like it was my fault for not calling and report that my trash was not been picked up! I didn't know I was supposed to call and remind them to service my residence for service that I had already paid.. That so call manager was the rudest person that I spoke with! So wouldn't even let me talk! It almost sounded like she couldn't breath.. As of today they can considered themselves fired..I'm done with them! Would never recommend them to anyone.

I have never posted a negative review before but unfortunately this time it is not only unavoidable but it is also very much well deserved. I agree 110% with Brian J. except for one thing -- my husband and I have YET been able to get anyone to answer their phone. Absolute horrible service. When you pay for a service you expect to receive service. We are supposed to have trash pickup twice a week but our trash has only been picked up one time in the last 17 days!!!!!!!!!!... Okay Evergreen, come Monday morning I will find out where your office location is and perhaps then I will finally get to speak with someone. Maybe? Did this place go out of business????? We expect to receive a FULL refund for your not fulfilling your part of the contract! See ya Monday!

Worst company in Waldorf , Md. Phone office and person on phone very rude with nasty attitude... Took my can didn't tell me for 2 weeks no trash service... I hope they go out of business .
