I've been a loyal customer of JRJ's for the past 9 years. This past tax year JRJ made a huge mistake on my return. After receiving a letter from the IRS questioning the mistake the best JRJ could do was to say they were sorry. Must be nice to have a job with no responsibility especially when it comes to someone else's money.
