I am surprised to see there are not more reviews for the great shop! I just googled them to see if they were still around as it has been a few years since I have had them work on my car. I was restoring a 73 Karmann Ghia, and adding a lot of custom modifications to it. I wanted a finish product that was unique, so I was not into the common merchandise and kits found in the magazines. When it came to reupholstering the seats I had Armand's refurbish the cushioning and sew new two tone baby diamond button tuck. They had a wide selection of colors in leather-like vinyl that was of really nice quality, and the sewing work was beautiful. Their work has drawn many compliments at the car shows. I actually found out about them from a local classic car gathering if that gives you an idea of who they are able to please. Shops of this quality are becoming harder and harder to come by as we loose the light industry manufacturing that was once the pride of our country. I am happy to see they are still at work.

i have to say being in the automotive field for over 25 years as a technician myself, i have seen my share of poor repair shops as well as shady techs. i dont usually rate anyone but after dealing with Armand's Upholstery i had to write a review- they are true craftsmen. todays automotive field is basically just a find the bad part and replace it- the people at Armand's do what others won't even attempt. They repair things! I was told i would have to replace both of my race seats, i found Armand's and not only did i not have to replace them, they made them better then the day i bought them new. Thats why Walnut Creek Ford sends all their interior work to Armand's- i should know, i certify all the ford pre owned vehicles and they have done things for us that no other upholstery shop could- 5 stars!!!!!!!!!
