The staff in this home care agency go above and beyond the call of duty. This is one of the few agencies that puts patient care first. The patient's wishes were always respected. The RN/case manager Patty, RN went above and beyond the call of duty to help a pt die at home. The HHA were excellent. They always asked the pt how she wanted her care done. The pt had tremendous respect and regard for all the HHA's . What a wonderful experience. The pt was granted her wish to die at home peacefully. Thank -you all, we could not have done this alone. I truly wish this agency had social workers, as this pt could have greatly benefited from that service.
