It is indeed reassuring to know that help is by your side, and so, when I found myself locked out of my apartment, I didn’t panic like most people in my place would. I was in no position to leave the side of my car and get help. My 2-year old daughter was locked inside the car and my phone battery was also about to die. Helpless, I called nearly every other locksmith I could find online, but was only met with a negative response. Hoping against hope, I kept dialing numbers, believing that the next one would bring me the needed help. I can’t thank these guys enough for rushing to my aid when literally every other locksmith in Washington, DC wouldn’t.
I had an appointment at 8 pm with Bronze Lock & Key Store , Inc for lock installation on my mailbox. A few minutes before the clock struck 8, the companys rep called me up, informing me that the technician is on his way and will be five minutes late. I mean, who does that? I was once stuck outside in stormy weather waiting for a locksmith to arrive for hours and I didnt get as much as an apology from the local company Id hired then. To me, this is perhaps the best customer service Ive ever received! Needless to say, the technician got there precisely at 8:05pm and set up the new locks in no time. I just dropped them a huge thank you email and am writing this review post that!
This Locksmith Company was fantastic. Very reasonably priced, very quick and professional and, as an extra, I got my door realigned (I never even knew it was not properly aligned, but I realized it was better afterwards) and I got some safety tips. Definitely the go-to guy for locksmith services in Washington, DC.

I have to concur with all the other positive reviews. I inquired online with three locksmiths on a lazy sunday because I was not really in a rush. Bronze Lock & Key Store , Inc not only responded in 15 minutes with an exact quote but he arrived on time for my appointment the next day and got me back into my mailbox. Am I allowed to write more than 1 review? Well I'm going to anyway, that's how great this company and these guys are. Super friendly and always on time if not early.
