This store is a travesty an insult to the word pawn. The employees are unprofessional and attempt to con customers out of valuable merchandise. I pawn a ring and it allegedly was lost within the store when I went to redeem it. While they attempted to give me something compatible it was the worst experience ever. If you value your possession go to another branch because this one is a hot mess.
