I lived at the Canterbury Courts for 6 months with my husband. Our air conditioner broke the week we moved in and was not fixed the entire time we lived there, even after numerous complaints. Our furnace never worked either. We spent the last month in our townhouse with the temp. around 48. The office never sent anyone to look at our broken garbage disposal or the broken electric sockets in our house either. Numerous complaints were sent in and when it was time to renew our contract, they raised the rent by $90. Needless to say, we're never living there again.
