I have had the worst customer service at this location. The employees are very self absorbed and too busy texting on their phones to worry about the customer and getting people into beds in an orderly fashion. They actually told me when their compter was down, which is understandable, that the owner had forgotten the password to the system to run the beds manually and so she was ready to pull her hair out. I also wrote the management directly about some of my concerns regarding the service and they never responded. I like the location, but will not be able to give them any more of my business. Every time I go in I think it might be better, and it never is.
