I was impressed with their honesty. I bought a Groupon discount coupon where I could get a new remote car starter for 99.00. since the remote starter in my jeep stopped working a while ago. They called to say the remote starter already installed just needed to be reprogrammed. $ 30.00 later I was out of their store with my jeep's remote started working again and my Groupon coupon that I could use for a future install (they also said I could apply the coupon to any item they sell not just a remote car starter). Small shop but they have almost everything and anything they don't have they can order. I had an install done of a head unit I had ordered online I was in and out the installers were very friendly and professional. The work was way cheaper then best buy was charging for their installs over all I'm happy and will trust them in the future for my installs .. now I Just need bigger speakers and maybe an FMV from OnStar
