I had some complicated pieces of glass which needed to be cut. The staff was very helpful, courteous and friendly. I placed my order and received back the specialty pieces I needed cut to the very exact measurements! Other shops were hesitant to do this type of work and could not guarantee the measurements needed. Waterbury Glass is a great place for detail work!
