      The service department, especially Mike Dacruz, has been amazing ever since I moved to Boston in 2009. I have had lots of repairs needed on my car and they are great from the little things (oil changes) to the big things. Mike always makes sure I am comfortable with what whatever work is being done and he is one of the most genuine, respectful people and keeps me coming back to Boston VW!
