My wife and I were in Boltons for a wheelchair last week and the young lady who helped us took extra time with us. She was so helpful and expressed compassion for our situation. Thank you. We will be back.

Had a nice experience. The young lady who helped my mother pick out her walker, took extra time answering every question addressed to her. I would imagine that she wasn't planning on spending 45 minutes just looking and talking with my mother regarding her worries and wants. I will be back. Thank you again.

They gave me horrible customer service.

I am so impressed with the friendly immediate service that I received that I had to sit down and write this review right away! I needed a hospital bed and contacted them and they will be delivering it right away. They were so helpful and polite. I love the GREAT customer service and will be recommending them to everyone (in fact I have already told 2 people that if they ever need hospital/home care supplies this is the place to go). They even have weekend hours which the other suppliers in this area do not.
