I came out of state to visit my sister who lives in Lake Forest. On our way home from downtown Chicago a rock hit my windshield, and while I kept on driving the lines started spreading more and more on my whindshield. I panicked because I had to go back home in two days....I googled and searched for a auto glass company....no one had the windshield for my 2011 Porsche Cayenne....but then I called Alpha Auto Glass and they were able to get the original glass, and best of all they worked with my insurance. The service was faster than I expected, very proffesional, and the employees at Alpha had a great attitude! Wish I could bring them back to Florida with me! Lol! Thanks Alpha!

Broke my van and refuse to fix it. Bad customer service,hang up on u and lie for the manager. This place sucks! STAY AWAY!!
