      I used Michael's ChemDry last year, and asked him to do cleaning again this spring.

      He does a very good job, keeping in mind that there are some stains (pet urine, etc ) that will never come out by any means. He is a very pleasant man to work with as well as reliable.

      Not only were they able to fit me in quickly, but they were friendly, helpful, and worked quickly. My carpet looks and smells fantastic and all of the stains (from hairballs from my long haired cat) are gone. Carpet looks great again!

      They rushed through the job and did not move any furniture even though they assured us they would move everything except the heavy bedroom and entertainment furniture. The carpet seemed to be deodorized but not cleaned at all.
