The apartment itself is nice. The staff however is not desirable. The staff spends their day hunting tenants to complain about picking up cigarette butts that are not actually the tenants. If you are a smoker I feel bad for you since the staff blames you and management then likes to write notes and threatens you lease. So, if you stay here you should not be a smoker and if you have guest tell them they can't even smoke outside cause the staff here will come to complain.

I have lived her now for 3yrs, the parking lot in the lower apartments are never plowed and the sidewalks are never shoveled unless one of the tenants shovels them. the parking lot was so bad the other day a car slid into another car that was parked. And the other review on here is true, not enough parking and to correct that review its actually 14-16 parking spots per building, but when meet with the building manager they will tell you theres enough parking for 2 cars per apartment. NOT TRUE!!!!!

The apartments are nice, management is nice but parking is undesirable. Each apartment building has 12 apartments each but in front of each building is only 16 parking spots, so do the math there isn't enough parking for the tenants. everyone has been complaining and nothing is being done. so save yourself a headache and stress don't live here.
