We love the care our pets receive at Balsam Animal Hospital. The waiting area is beautiful and clean. Treats are always offered at check out and sometimes when we come in. The staff is friendly and takes the time to talk to us while waiting. Dr Kern "rocks", he has always been there for us as well as our pets. If your not happy with the level of care your pets receive, give them a try. 10 stars in my book.
