I had such a great learning experience in this school. Everyone is so friendly and caring. The class room course was very informative the teachers are great. The crew in the office were great to work with as well. They were on top of everything that needed to be done and were always in contact to get things completed on time. Everyone put you at ease as you learn to drive. I also met some pretty cool people in class. We had a great time learning together. They help you get work right away. I highly recommend Commercial Driving Training 600 Patton Ave West Babylon NY. THANK YOU TO THE TEAM FOR ALL YOU HAVE DONE.
I wanted to take a minute to say Thank You to everyone at CDT. I am so happy I picked this school for my CDL Class A training. Everyone from the Driving instructors, classroom teachers and office staff were professional, patient, and helpful in every way possible. The confidence I gained from my training made taking and passing the road test less stressful. I would highly recommend CDT to anyone considering CDL training.

With my industry going CDL and having experience with BIG and heavy(limousines and up to lvl.7 armored ) I thought there was little left to be learned-and this would be a formality at best. There was not one day that I left w/o learning something new.Instructors each had a different style that identified my weaknesses and continuously challenging me to the point that I went to my road test confident that"I got this." And did I.Near the end of my test the inspector complemented my skills. My score on the 25 minute road test? 0 points off-100%. CDT is the total package. From the level headed instructors to the amazing office staff-you would be hard pressed to find better. If you are looking for serious career training as opposed to road test training-look no further. Here you will be treated with respect, learn at your pace,be challenged (if you desire)-and leave prepared and confident for the real world. They cant cure stupid, but will find your potential if it exists within you.
(Part two of two) The next part of the 300 hour class is hands on. Here you will meet the rest of the instructors who all have such varying styles of instructing you can rest assured if youre having trouble with a maneuver there is an instructor that can help you. Each instructor genuinely takes your success or failure as a reflection of themselves. This fact alone speaks volumes to the quality of instructors at this school. All and all I feel that I have been armed with the skills and knowledge I need to start my new life as a Trailer Driver. I leave two days from today for a job as a OTR tanker driver I have much more to learn but with the skills I now posses I am confident that my road mentor will be able to fine tune and hone them into a top tier employee.
(Part one of two) I just graduated from the 300 hour A lic course two days ago and passed my road test with a very good score. This course is made up of two main phases the class room where the volume of information you will learn is amazing and directly supports the second phase of the program. The classroom instructor is easy to communicate with and if you are struggling on any theory will happily take the time to find a way for you to fully understand the subject matter. During classroom time you will take tests on each topic of study giving you a good idea of your level of subject mastery. I enjoyed the time in the class learned so much both from the class material and the instructors openly sharing their personal experiences in the industry. Due to space restrictions my review is broke into two. see next entry. for the rest.

Very professional school. Learned alot. Thank you!
I learned about Fitzerald through Vesid. I was told they specialize in teaching the disabled to drive. I was not sure if my son would be able to drive due to his severe learning disablities. After 9 lessons, it was clear to the teacher that he was not going be able to drive. I appreciated that they were honest instead of dragging it out indefinately. It was a pleasure to deal with them
