I would never purchase anything from this man ever again. No customer service here. Nice at sale, and that is it. He is done with you after that. Will not return your phone calls, and makes excuses when I went in person. If I could have given him negative stars I would have.

The service at Halco, does not exist. Have bought two grilles at Halco, and within 4 years each they were not functional. They always have another one to sell you for another $1000+ experience. Shame on me once and then again, will deal with the mass market brands and service at anyplace else but here. They will be glad to sell you their brands, but do not expect them to service your needs.

Purchased a Broil King grill on 6/18/09 which has not worked properly. Halco has done little to help with this continued problem

This is a wonderful store to buy quality outdoor grill or kitchen products. They also have a huge selection of beautiful outdoor furniture. Friendly, knowledgeable people. Don't miss this store!
