I had a monitor go bad but had no way to know if the desktop was functioning properly. They spent 30 minutes or so trying different combinations. I was not charged for the diagnosis and was up and running that afternoon.



They reinstalled my windows 7 a year and a half ago at a reasonable cost and its run powerfully since.



I would not consider going elsewhere for help.

Thanks, Mike! You fixed my Outlook/Gmail issue over the phone, now both accounts are working fine in Outlook! Appreciate your quick assistance, will bring PC to you for future issues; I know there are some, as I'm still running PC w/XP! Great customer service, resolution to problems!
