Bailey Middle School, one of two middle schools in West Haven, provides enrollment for more than 1000 students in grades sixth, seventh and eighth. The school s curriculum includes classes in English, math, music, science, social studies, computer, home economics, and health and physical education programs with special emphasis on character education. It also offers various special classes, including consumer awareness, mastery skills, art, cultures in society and woodwork. The school has various departments, such as administration, human resources, food services, maintenance, security, technical and transportation.
