I highly recommend Independence in Motion. Customer service is wonderful, caring, and helpful. The choices and varieties of products seem endless! I purchased a scooter that turned out to be too small for my mom, and it was no problem for them to replace it. One thing, I didn't take the time to ask questions and read their literature. I was impulsive with my quick purchase, and later realized that I should have gotten a power chair instead of a scooter. They have loaner power chairs, which would have been a better choice for my mother. I also want to add that I had to call them several times in one day since I felt stuck in the middle of purchasing something for someone who couldn't be at the store with me. I was embarrassed, but they were so wonderful to work with - my constant calls didn't seem to bother them at all. They were as helpful and caring as if I was a member of their family!

Fabulous!! The customer service is wonderful. I needed assistance with bathroom ideas to keep my mother safe in her home, and they had the best ideas and selection. The prices are great, too. You can't afford not to visit the showroom if you need ideas and products!
