Against All Odds is a wonderful store.......except for the harassment by staff. I had a pretty bad shopping experience last Saturday. A younger Indian employee would not stop following myself and family around the store. Everywhere we looked, she was there staring us down as if we were criminals.I suggest they teach their staff how to properly deal with customers. I've personally dealt with this multiple times. It is highly embarrassing, and the next time it occurs, I will involve my attorney.

Against all odds is one of my all time favorite stores. One big issue I personally have is they way the staff at the Palisades mall location, treats their customers. I went in with my little sister to buy her a gift. The employee, a short Indian woman, would not stop following us in the store. Clearly other customers were there, but she only focused on myself and my sister. If people are treated this way, it is only a matter of time before business declines even further than it already has. I still enjoy going to that location at the mall, but this short Indian woman needs to be dealt with, before there is a bad confrontation in the store.
