Michael D'Alessio, Jr. is a highly experienced, widely recognized criminal defense trial attorney who has been practicing in both the state and federal courts in New Jersey since 1968. He has tried in excess of 300 jury trials and cases encompassing almost every type of criminal offense in both state and federal courts, including approximately 50 homicide cases, as well as complex RICO prosecutions, white collar prosecutions.
