      Operational for more than 10 years, Ashford Court is a retirement community that provides a variety of services for senior citizens. It has approximately140 apartments, as well as dining, and arts and crafts rooms. The community also has smoke detector, emergency response and fire alarm systems and a beauty salon and barbershop. Ashford Court provides housekeeping, transportation, delivery, meal preparation and laundry services. In addition, it offers a variety of floor plans that include wall-to-wall carpeting, window treatments, individual thermostats, kitchenettes, cable connections and sprinkler systems. The community also organizes social activities and events. Ashford Court is located in Westland, Mich.
