I placed a call to this business today, asking a few questions regarding the tests offered and the fee structure. The response was extremely unprofessional, and not at all polite as I was hung up on. I explained that I was not looking for any specific info on an individual, but was looking to get info on what the test covered, and why the was a "range" in fees... straightforward questions wouldn't you think?! Did not get an answer. Was only told that tests were "cash in advance" and a hang up. Very poor, rude service. I understand the court sends you customers and they have no choice.... I will see if I can influence them (the court) a little.
