Poor service from the owner of the store. All other representatives have been pleasant. Manager refused to print a receipt and proceeded to let myself and other customers in the store that her employee was due to be fired for printing customer receipts. The owners comment's were unnecessary, unprofessional, and rude. I would have rated the store 0 but I had to put something to comment. I would drive 50 miles to a different location rather than deal with someone who needs to learn how to be supportive to their customers and what it means to be a professional business owner.

It would be difficult to find someone less suited to working with the public than the owner of this place. Nothing is ever her fault, the customer is always wrong, no amount of rudeness is inappropriate for business clients. Astonishingly incapable of logical thought, common courtesy or basic conversation. Rent at your own risk, folks.
