If I could, I'd give Sears zero stars. This is by far the worst company to can possibly hire to work on your house. What an absolute scam! Run the other way and run fast!

You will give all the standard corrupt business practices: transfer person to person, no call backs, completely false information, tireless lies and just overall a company you want to avoid at all costs.

Initially, they'll send a rep to your house who will really, truly win you over. You'll be thanking your lucky stars you got such a great business deal.

But that's where the BS starts. Once you sign that dotted line, you are completely screwed.

Don't hire these people. You will go gray trying to get straight answers.

Run, don't walk, to another place. Sears Home Improvement is HORRIBLE at providing service. They sold me, and now fail to honor, a service agreement. When you call they transfer you from person to person, and even told me recently their policy is not to release addresses (so I could send a letter) or respond to questions in writing (so I could actually hold them to something). Liar liar pants on fire -- they happily lie to your face to close a sale.



And I only gave them one star because the site required at least that. They don't even deserve that.
