Horrible! I purchased a phone from them over their internet shop. After the purchase I got no verification email. The next day I got no verification email... so I called the number listed in my receipt and talked to a girl who had no idea what she was doing. She promised me someone would call me back that same day (3/3/11). I got no call. On 3/4/11 I emailed the paypal user explaining the above to them. No response. Today, 3/5/11, I called and spoke to the same girl. She THEN decided to tell me the phone was out of stock. She said again made me a promise: my money would be refunded within 15 minutes and she'd call me back to verify. No call. As you can see, the LG Optimus V Phone is still listed as "IN STOCK" in their store. The fact that the Business doesn't send any sort of verification or email acknowledging receipt of the money is unsettling, and even more so that they can go 3 days without notifying the buyer.
