I have been to Rack & Go on multiple occasions and have always been impressed by the high quality of service that I received. The staff is always both friendly and professional and has been extremely attentive to my needs each time I've worked with them. I have recommended Rack & Go to several friends of mine and they too have been very pleased with the service. I'm looking forward to another visit before I embark on my summer vacation!

Rack & GO is great! This past summer my family and I were going on a road trip and we did not have any idea how we were going to get everyone and everything up to the Cape. The staff at Rack & GO explained all of my options to me and then installed the rack and cargo box on my car while I waited! They even offered to take me to the mall so I would not have to sit and wait in the store while they worked. I would definitely recommend these guys... They know their stuff, have everything right there and know how to get it on your car... You can't please everyone...Most people do not take the time to compliment when they have a good experience ... I was a very satisfied customer and have already recommended them to other people...and will continue to do so! Rack & GO definitely Racked My World!
