Love the merchandise and prices. However do not like the staff. They lie about the merchandise and what they know about it. As well as go as far to tell stories and say they have sold and dealt with many of the same exact product I'm asking ?'s about. Farther than that said people have come in with the merchandise they bought from there for them to apply it on. Phones tablets etc. and the lady was completely wrong! Therefore. She LIED TO MY FACE. And I told her I already went thru this. And know factually about my item. And that I don't want to have to come back to return. I'm not from that town. I even asked my Siri. And Siri proved me right. Which I knew I was. I was open the package to see if it fit in the case I was buying. And if not I'd have returned it to the packaging. If so would have purchased. And she ran over to me and treated me as tho I'm a scum thief. While my basket was filled to the tippy top. However when calling of an issue. The woman on the phone was fabulous and chipper. Super helpful. So I must say that only certain staff are very ignorant as well as rude and literally liars.
