What a pleasant experience. The open house on Saturday was informative, with a friendly and professional atmosphere. Signed up for a class and am looking forward to it. I also had to take my sewing machine in for service, Brian was most helpful and my machine was back to me in working order in one day. The store looks great, and the staff are both knowledgeable and pleasant to do business with. Great place to do business.

A new breeze has blown through the Williamsburg Sew Vac.
The environment has changed under new management thankfully! I went in to the store this week and found the people working there very helpful. I also LOVE the new open feel!

I have been to this place twice with similar experiences both times. The lady working there is just not nice and the last time she didn't follow through on her agreement. I'll never go again. I have no doubt that this business is only still open because there is no competition in this town. I am sorry she is so unhappy. There must be a reason she acts the way she does.
