I called and talked to Matt and with in 2 hours of calling them they where here for an estimate. Matt was very professional and informing, he was at my house for about 20 min and had a complete estimate before he left. I called them on a Sunday and yes the answered their phone, I told him we wanted to move forward and Tuesday morning they where here, system was installed and adjusted within 4 hours. I have two lots and the system was 9 zones, the completed it and returned the yard back as they found it and where gone by 11:30am!
