I have rented equipment and linens at Diamond State Party Rental several times over the years for parties with as little as 6 people up to parties for over 100, and after reading the previous review I felt I should relate my experience with this company. First of all, this is, without question the friendliest group of people I have ever worked with. Their attention to detail is astounding, from knowing things about throwing a party you would never think of, to instantly emailing you a copy of your rental contract for your review almost instantly. Another amazing thing is their emergency number,that actually works!! I used it once, after hours. A simple malfunction in a popcorn machine was addressed and fixed immedietly. (The problem was something I was doing wrong). I know I'll never go anywhere else for party needs or equipment. When you find a company you actually trust (a very RARE thing), with amazing service, advise, and reliable equipment you just don't go anywhere else.

I was totally disappointed with them due to their lack of professionalism. I completed a contract with them for an event and was asked to submit a picture of the chairs so they can make sure I get the right size coveres for my chairs (which is square back). I sent 2 pictures so they can complete the order. When it was time for me to pick up my merchandise they did not have my order completed, they said they only had covers for round back chairs, when I made it clear the backs were square. According to the owner the pictures requested were never received, No one ever called me to say they never received the pictures., and then instead of the owner being apologetic for the error she was rude and disrespectful. Not to mention she advised there is a 30 percent non refundable deposit in which I was not in agreement so I was given my money back. Still no I apologize. Shop where your money is appreciated, an you are treated like a person.

Great customer service. I recently ordered from Diamond State Party Rentals and on the Saturday of my event, I needed another table cloth and skirt. I called the emergency number and Susie informed me they were closed that day. However, she called me back and her sister went in and I was able to save the day. This was great customer service and consideration for they long time customers. I have used them for many years and they are just a top notch company. I will always recommend them highly. The quality of products from Diamond is outstanding. I have bought table skirting that still looks new after 7 years of use. Each and every time I call about a product to purchase, I am given great customer service. I recommend their products and service to everyone. Thanks Diamond.

The people are very friendly and knowledgeable for the price. This is a family run company with knowledgeable sales team as well as employees. They were receptal of my problem and guided me in the right direction. Although at that time i didn't purchase any of there services. I did come back and use some of their rentals, and even gave them referrals. I love this local company and contione to use them, and would recondmend them to all in the tri state area.
