I love the energy level of the instructors and the vibe of the studio. I signed up on day 1 to be a member because I felt like this was the best workout I've had in a long time. It doesn't even feel like working out because it's so much fun. The staff makes you feel like family and the workout is the best around.

Best workout place around! Ive lost 16 pounds in 3months! Classes are instructor led and are very motivating! Each class has a warmup, stretching, bag rounds, speed round, partner conditioning and more stretching at the end! You will definitely feel like part of the family when you join!!

SPECTACULAR!!!! Ive always wanted to find a place to workout,meet new people, and have fun! This atmosphere is incredible and the instructors are supportive! They keep me motivating , they push me, and they are fun! I love the music and the free giveaways ! The DJ nights are awesome & the classes are beyond amazing! I love it here , being a member is one thing I will never regret doing! I love kickboxing ! :D
