The C.W. Worth House Bed and Breakfast is a circa 1893 Victorian mansion with 7 guest rooms all with a private bathroom, sitting area and some have televisions. A full gourmet breakfast is served each morning in the dining room with your fellow travelers. It is an easy three block walk to the river front along the Cape Fear River where fine dining, shopping and tours are available. Beautiful beaches are a short drive. A full gourmet breakfast is served each day in the dining room. Start with organic coffee or tea, juice, fresh fruit, muffins and then enjoy for example a main entree of either stuffed French toast or eggs Florentine. Afternoon refreshments are also available. A guest refrigerator is stocked with refreshments and snacks. Each of the seven guests rooms has a private bath with shower, two with claw foot tubs, one with whirlpool, hair dryer, robes, full length mirror, clock radio/CD player, sound machine, desk, free WiFi, iron and ironing board. You can relax in one of the three common sitting rooms to read, watch TV or relax. Or sit on one of the two porches either on the front of the second floor rear porch overlooking the gardens below. You can walk in the gardens on brick paths around the ponds and patio to the hammock to relax among the pecan, fig and pomegrante trees.
