I've been working in the promotional products industry with Adventures in Advertising-Designer Set since the year 2000. I strive on creativity and meeting challenging deadlines with the best pricing for my customers. Whether my customers provide a graphic or ask me to create a design is just fine with me. With my art school education and my 20+ years of sales experience, I've learned to listen to my customers and provide a full service for their needs whatever they may be. These requests range from logo and brochure design, advertising and specialty products involving ink pens, travel mugs, tote bags, adhesive note pads to the more unique items of custom embroidery, screen printing and apparel decorating. Performance is important to me and retaining my customers will always be my initial goal. Customer satisfaction has helped me grow my business. Service also ranks at the top. I will work evenings and weekends to assure that event dates are met. When a customer has an event and needs to promote it but just isn't sure: I will offer brainstorming ideas and suggestions to get the "ball rolling". Or when customers know exactly what they want and are just looking for the absolute best pricing, I can fit that niche as well. Promotional products, also known as ad specialties, make up a nearly $17 billion dollar industry and are used by virtually every business in America. Why?
