I looked for a local florist to send a birthday gift to my grandaughter in Windsor rather than a national chain that will deliver flowers in a box and leave them on the doorstep. This florist hand delivers and will not leave them if no one is home. She loved it and sent me a photo and I must agree. It is lovely. This florist is top notch.

Whatever happened to customer service? I received a beautiful, orange, long stemmed bouquet of roses for my birthday 19-May-2012. The problem was when the flowers were delivered they looked almost dead!! I know my friend spent a lot of money on these flowers and was upset that these sad looking roses would leave the Lil Flower Shop and the owner would think that it is ok to give to someone!! I called the Lil Flower shop up right away and explained that I thought the roses were DEAD (wish I could post a picture so you could see) and told them that I tought the arrangment was beautiful but the roses were all ready in full bloom and dying. You would think that since I am the customer that I would get some kind of an apology or we will make ir right!!! NO......far from it!! I got nothing but attitude from the people that work there and the owner. I had to drive the DEAD flowers back to Windsor (I live in another town) before they would even committ to helping me!! When I got to the flower shop for them to look at, AGAIN I got nothing but attitude from these people and they kept telling me I must have left them in the sun, which I didn't....maybe the delivery driver left them in the sun before they were delivered to me!!! I did finally get a new bouquet but after much grief from the Lil Flower Shop. Maybe the need some training in the Customer Service Area!!!

What you see is not what you get! The pictures on line are great but when my mother showed me a pic of what she actually received it was not even close. When I tried to work with the them to give it another chance they were not pleasant to work with and in the end caused what was supposed to be a nice gift to be a huge hassle!

Small town friendliness with service to match (they keep a list of our unusual requirements to keep kids and cats happy). Unmatched creativity in the arrangements tell you they love what they do. And utterly dependable, they've delivered on time in snow storms and tornados! We've used the Lil Flower shop for all our floral needs for many years now, including long distance deliveries and we've never been less than thrilled with the results. A truly outstanding shop!

Very creative designs. If I want to impress someone, this is where I go. Arrangements are unique and original. Friendly, personal service. Price range is average, but the unique arrangements, makes this shop a great deal.
