It's changed. Today's equipment is no longer powered by the noisy, smoky engines of forty years ago. Modern diesel engines are sophisticated, high-tech systems requiring the care of highly skilled, trained professionals. With the integration of sophisticated electronic engine management systems, we've broadened our approach to include on-engine repairs of agricultural/industrial equipment and on-highway vehicles ranging from diesel cars and pickup trucks to Class 8 trucks. We recognize the need to employ new testing systems, new service technologies and technicians trained in the latest technologies.Embracing these changes has earned us a reputation in South Central Wisconsin for superior quality products and outstanding service. Did you know? 1998 -- 2002 (5.9L) Dodge Cummins: The fuel injection pump relies on a engine mounted electric lift pump to transfer the fuel from the fuel tank. It is common for this lift pump to weaken and fail causing damage to the fuel injection pump. Fuel lift pump pressure should not drop below 5 psi and should be checked periodically for proper operation. If less than 5 psi is observed during acceleration, the lift pump requires replacement.
