The company is managed by Carole Holt, formerly with Land America/Lawyers Title for approximately 35 years. Mrs. Holt has conducted thousands of closings ranging in size up to ten million dollars and has closed both residential and commercial loans during her career. She is widely recognized in Polk County as the best of the best by her peers.It was and has always been the goal of the company to provide an environment where stressful closings were eliminated for all parties involved, whether they were sellers, buyers, lenders or real estate agents. The company provides title escrow services and title insurance in Florida and performs closings on all types of real estate be it residential or commercial.
