I have been shopping at Arlyn's for about 5 years. They always have what I am looking for a( very reasonable) plus wrap it beautifully. Their service is so nice! I recently moved to Fairfield but still take the 35 minute trip to go there.

I have been a customer of Arlyn's since the store opened many years ago. They always had beautiful gift wrapping. I have to say after an experience I had in the store today I will never go back. The owner made me feel bad because I was buying something on sale and asked for it to be gift wrapped. All she had to say it was not store policy to gift wrap sale items. I also purchased non sale items that day also. She told me "It was dumb" if she gift wrapped something on sale because she must pay AMEX 3.3% . I should have graciously told her I would not make any purchases that day. This was definitely poor business practice!! I went down the street to The Write Approach and got fantastic customer service!
